Our History.

JOHNSONFLOYD was founded by J. Alexander Johnson and Graham F. Floyd. The two partners have over 40 years of combined experience and have been providing legal services to the Southeast Georgia area since 1978. We are  a general practice, including real estate, business transactions, probate, timber, personal injury, commercial litigation, creditor bankruptcy, municipal law, domestic relations and criminal law.

The proudest accomplishment of our firm is its continued representation of almost all our initial clients. We have represented the City of Baxley and Development Authority of Appling County for over twenty-five years; and have served as counsel to various banks for the same period. Additionally, we are approved loan closing attorneys for all area and many national financial institutions, and an issuing agent for First American Title Insurance Company.
